The Stilo DG-10 is the world’s first truly active digital intercom system, delivering unmatched noise-cancelling performance—one of the main reasons it’s used by nearly all factory teams in the WRC. This latest generation of Stilo digital intercoms represents a major leap forward, transforming in-car communication through active digital noise reduction.

Unlike traditional analogue systems, digital processing can distinguish the co-driver’s voice from engine, transmission, and road noise within milliseconds. It filters out disruptive sounds while amplifying the clarity of the crew’s communication.

The active digital noise-cancelling system measures incoming noise every 5 milliseconds, adjusts according to the selected cancellation level, and sends a boosted, cleaner co-driver voice signal to the driver’s helmet. All of these features activate automatically when Stage Mode is selected.

The DG-10 is the consumer version of the professional DG-30 wired intercom, using a single digital circuit to provide high-quality sound at a more accessible price point. It offers the same digital noise-cancelling technology with three selectable levels to match the noise profile of your rally car, dramatically improving communication.

Featuring the same ergonomic front panel as other Stilo units, the DG-10 allows easy adjustment even on rough stages. It includes two RCA connections—one for external audio sources such as a radio or MP3 player—and Bluetooth connectivity for making or receiving calls in Road Mode.

Like all Stilo intercoms, the DG-10 provides an RCA output for linking to an onboard camera system in Stage Mode, with adjustable output volume.

The Stilo DG-10 operates exclusively from the car’s 12-volt power supply.  Aftermarket battery packs are a common option employed by instructors.
